It is dry season in Guadalajara and it seems that no matter how often we clean the house, the dust will prevail. My friends say that the rain is coming soon. It’s been 12 days of insolent heat since I’ve arrived, and they tell me it has been this way for quite some time. Despite the heat, the nights pull through to be pleasant enough. Subtle breezes on quiet streets.
